Rye Street Tavern + Cordelia Fishbar

Clyde’s Restaurant Group is a longtime client with two new and unique restaurant openings in 2024. Rye Street Tavern in Baltimore Penninsula’s area, blends the rich culinary traditions of the south with innovative and locally sourced ingredients. Cordelia Fishbar, in DC’s Union Market district is a totally new concept for the group. It draws on regional culinary influences from Spain, Portugal, Asia, and the Americas – focusing on areas that use high heat charcoal to coax the best out of fish, alongside a diverse offering of conserva, crudo, and cured seafood. For both restaurants I photographed pre-opening photos, food, interiors and two days of soft opening service.
